What is NotifyHub School?
NotifyHub School is a cloud-based school ERP / school management software from NotifyHub Technologies. It is made for Indian schools that need student management, attendance, fees, homework, timetable, teachers and parent communication in one platform, with School Intelligence to help leaders understand what needs attention.
What is School Intelligence?
School Intelligence is an intelligence layer on top of the school ERP. It connects attendance, academics, student and fee data to surface patterns, trends and areas that need attention, with AI-generated explanations. Staff review the insights and decide what action to take. It does not automatically take action, diagnose students, or predict a student's future.
Is NotifyHub School the same product as NotifyHub?
No. NotifyHub School is the School ERP and school management software product from NotifyHub Technologies. NotifyHub is the company's separate WhatsApp marketing and customer communication product.
Is NotifyHub School suitable for a 100-student school?
Yes. It is designed for small and growing schools, including a school managing approximately 100 students and schools currently using Excel or registers. Schools with a few hundred students on a single campus are also in scope. Multi-branch is not available yet.
Is it designed for Indian schools and CBSE schools?
NotifyHub School is offered to schools in India and supports common Indian workflows: academic years, classes and sections, office fee collection, WhatsApp/SMS/email, and parent OTP login on a mobile number. It does not claim CBSE, ICSE or state-board certification. Schools can configure classes, subjects, exams and grade scales to match how they already assess students.
Can parents access the system?
Yes. Parents get a dedicated Parent Portal with OTP login to view attendance, homework, ClassWork, calendar, timetable, fees (balances, invoices, and receipts), announcements, and results. Multi-child support is included for families with more than one student. Online fee payment from the parent portal is not available yet.
Do teachers need a separate login?
Yes. Teachers have their own secure login with role-based access to mark attendance, publish homework and ClassWork, and enter exam marks—without seeing finance or admin-only data.
Does it support mobile?
Yes. The Parent Portal is built for phones, and the school ERP works in modern browsers on phones, tablets, and desktops. No installation is required.
Can I import school data?
Yes. You can bulk import students, parents, enrollments, staff, classes, sections, and subjects from Excel or CSV. Fee data import is not available.
Are examinations and report cards included?
Yes. Exam scheduling, marks entry, grade scales, result publishing, parent results, in-app report cards, and exam analytics are available. Printable or downloadable PDF report cards are not available yet.
How do we collect fees?
The office assigns fee plans, generates invoices, records payments collected at school, and issues receipts. Parents can see balances, invoices, and receipts in the parent portal. Online parent fee payment is coming soon.
How do we communicate with parents?
Schools can send announcements and reach families through WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Parents can also set notification preferences. Push notifications are not available yet.
Does it support multiple branches?
Not currently. NotifyHub School is built for a school to run students, admissions, academics, fees, and parent communication on one platform. Multi-branch is not available yet.
Is data secure?
NotifyHub School uses role-based access control and secure cloud hosting so student and financial data stays protected.

How much does NotifyHub School cost?
