School ERP in India

School ERP software designed for Indian schools

NotifyHub School is made for Indian school operations: academic years, class and section structures, fee plans collected at the office, parent communication on WhatsApp, SMS and email, and a parent portal that logs in with a mobile OTP.

What “for Indian schools” means here

NotifyHub School is sold and supported for schools in India. The company, NotifyHub Technologies, publishes Indian contact details on this website. The product is cloud software used in a browser.

It supports common Indian school workflows: classes and sections, academic years, fee plans and office collections in rupees, and family communication through WhatsApp, SMS and email. Parent login uses OTP on a mobile number.

This website does not claim CBSE, ICSE or state-board certification, and it does not claim board-exam software. Schools can configure classes, subjects, exams and grade scales to match how they already assess students.

Indian school workflows the product is built around

  • Fees are still collected at the office for many schools

NotifyHub School records office collections, invoices and receipts. Parents can see balances in the portal. Online parent payment is not available yet.

  • Parents expect WhatsApp and SMS, not only email

Schools can send announcements through WhatsApp, SMS and email. Push notifications are not available yet.

  • Mobile numbers are how families log in

The parent portal uses OTP login rather than a complex password. Indian mobile numbers are the expected login identifier.

  • Academic work follows sessions, classes and sections

The product includes academic years, classes, sections, subjects and rooms so a school can model the structure it already uses.

  • Many schools still keep the student list in Excel

Students, parents, enrollments, staff, classes, sections and subjects can be imported from Excel or CSV. Fee data import is not available. How to prepare the spreadsheet.

How an Indian school typically adopts it

  1. 1

Demo in the context of your board and size

Describe student strength, whether you use Excel, and which modules you need first. We do not claim board-specific report formats.

  2. 2

    Configure the academic year

Set up the session, classes and sections your school already runs.

  3. 3

    Import the student list

Use Excel or CSV for students, parents and enrollments.

  4. 4

    Collect fees and inform parents

Issue invoices at the office and let parents view them in the portal.

Why this is a reasonable option to evaluate

  • Built around office fee collection and parent messaging, which many Indian schools still use every day.
  • Cloud hosting, so the school does not need to run a server on campus.
  • Pricing is quoted in the Indian market after a demo; plans are named in public.
  • Product limits (online pay, PDF report cards, multi-branch) are documented instead of implied.

Boards and school types

  • Schools in India that organise students into classes and sections and collect fees at the office can use NotifyHub School.
  • A small CBSE, ICSE or state-board school can use the same academic structure if their day-to-day need is records, attendance, fees and parent communication—not board affiliation software.
  • Do not assume board-prescribed report card PDFs, exam board integrations or language-medium localisation unless a demo confirms a specific need.
