What a 500-student office needs
Clear roles for principal, teachers, accountant and office staff. Attendance and fee reports that do not wait for a weekend spreadsheet. A parent portal so the front desk is not a call centre. An enquiry pipeline if admissions is active. This is still a small-school operation with more structure—not a multi-campus rollout.
More structured processes, same product category
At this size, the school usually needs named owners: who marks attendance, who issues receipts, who publishes results, who answers parent portal questions. Software helps only if those roles exist in the product. NotifyHub School uses role-based access for that split. It does not replace the need for an internal owner during import and parent onboarding.
What NotifyHub School does and does not cover
NotifyHub School includes those operational modules for a single school, with role-based access. It does not currently support multi-branch. It is not a full HR/payroll product. Online parent payment and PDF report cards are not available yet. See the school ERP product page for the current module list.
A 500-student single-campus school that wants simple software is still in scope. If you need multi-campus, transport, library or payroll in the same vendor, those gaps should disqualify the product until they exist—or you keep separate tools. Plan names and quote process are public; rupee prices are not listed.
Questions this guide answers
Is 500 students the maximum?
This website positions NotifyHub School for about 100–500+ students and does not publish a hard cap. Multi-branch is the clearer limit today.
